HULLABALOO IN THE GUAVA ORCHARD

CHAPTER-3

Every morning Mr Chawla wakes up and do exercise. He works as a head clerk at the reserved bank of Shahkot.He is an aggressive man, he wants everything to be perfect. He orders people things instead of getting it by himself like his socks, polished shoes etc. He is 40 years old man but still make his mother work for him. Ammaji was packing lunch for his son and his grandson who was sitting near the window and yawning. On the other hand Kulfi also sits on the other side of the window and thinks about the food all the time without observing what is going in her house and also without helping Ammaji packing the tiffin for her husband and son and Pinky was painting her nails. Mr Chawla goes near his son to explain what should he speak during the interview but he get disturbed by Ammaji for food several times and starts to argue with her. Sampath takes that time for granted and continue sleeping. When Mr Chawla turns her he feels angry at him and murmurs about him and goes away. Pinky also interfere in between and says something bad about her brother while passing by him.

In my opinion, I think that in this family everyone live for themselves except Ammaji who mostly cares about her grandson Sampath.
